🚚 Domestic Shipping Only

Trinity Labs currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This includes shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses — please ensure your shipping address is a valid domestic address before placing your order.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1-2] business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.


🚛 Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times

Trinity Labs ships all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Standard delivery times are estimated at [5-7] business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Trinity Labs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Trinity Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact our Customer Service team immediately and we will do our best to make corrections before the order is processed and shipped.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, Trinity Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or other household members
  • Contacting your local USPS office with your tracking number
  • Filing a claim directly with USPS
