All supplement purchases are considered final sale. Trinity Labs does not accept returns or exchanges on any supplement products, without exception.
This policy exists to protect the health and safety of our customers, our team, and the quality and integrity of every product within our facility. We take these standards seriously, and we appreciate your understanding.
🔍 Know Before You Buy
At Trinity Labs, we believe an informed customer is an empowered one. Before completing your purchase, we strongly encourage you to carefully review the Supplement Facts and full ingredients list found on each product page.
Trinity Labs will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns in cases where a customer has not reviewed the listed ingredients prior to purchasing. Responsibility for ingredient review rests with the customer.
🍋 Flavor Preferences
We know taste is personal — what works for one person may not work for another. Because of this, flavor preference is not accepted as a valid reason for a return, refund, or exchange.
To help find the right fit before buying, we encourage you to read product descriptions and browse customer reviews available on each product page for real insight into taste and texture.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to our Trinity Labs Customer Service team as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (photos are helpful!)
Important: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your shipment to be eligible for a refund or reshipment. Reports submitted after this window will not qualify.
A Trinity Labs Customer Service representative will follow up with you within 48–72 hours of receiving your request.
